Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds.
    All approved returns will be eligible for store credit or exchange only.

  • Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, free of any damage, stains, odors, or alterations. Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included.

  • Custom and made-to-measure garments are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Tailoring & Adjustments

 

For garments made to measure, any tailoring or adjustment requests must be notified within 14 days of receiving the garment.


Requests made after this period may be accepted at our discretion and could involve an additional cost.

 

International Purchases

For international purchases, we kindly ask that you contact us before sending any return or exchange, especially when shipping to Argentina.

Please note that international shipments may be held at customs, and sending items without prior coordination could result in delays, additional fees, or the package being retained by customs authorities.
