Do you have a store in the US?
No, we only have our store and atelier in Buenos Aires. But we do have an address in the US to return items.
How long does the shipment takes to arrive? / ¿Cuánto tarda en llegar el pedido?
Package takes between 6 to 7 days to arrive, once the order is fullfilled. Order may take between 14 to 30 days depending leather availability. Average time is 20 days.
El paquete tarda entre 5 y 7 dias en llegar una vez que la orden esta lista. La orden puede tardar entre 14 y 30 dìas, dependiendo de la disponibilidad del cuero elegido. El tiempo promedio es 20 dìas.
How do I take care of the leather? / ¿Cómo cuida el cuero?
Leather is a natural product, a trated skin so it requires to one in a while use some polish to hydrate it. Pledge -for furniture, no colored- is a very well known product and very useful for this purpose.
For suedes, a suede protector might help . Always try in a small hidden spot before spraying the whole garment.
El cuero debe hidratarse de vez en cuando y para esto, los lustramuebles son muy ùtiles. Blem y produtos similares son ideales para hidratar el cuero.
Para gamuzas, los protectores de gamuza suelen ser utiles. Por favor antes de echarles el spray, probar en algun sitio escondido de la prenda.
What do I do if my jacket arrives wrinkled? / ¿Qué hago si mi chaqueta llegò arrugada?
Some wrinkles migth appear as we need to ship in a box. So, Please iron your item using A DRY TOWEL OR BLANKET ON TOP OF THE LEATHER.
Not directly. Warm iron, not too hot. No steam :) and give it a couple of days for wrinkles to relax and most of all , start wearing your jacket! Wrinkles will fade.
Si tu prenda llego arrugada, por la caja, puedes plancharla usando una plancha no muy caliente, sino tibia poniendo UNA TOALLA O SABANA SECA, entre el cuero y la plancha.
Y sobre todo usando la prenda estas arrugas van a ir desapareciendo con el uso.
My jacket didnt fit the way I want to , what do I do? / Mi chaqueta no queda como esperaba, ¿Qué hago?
In the not very likely event that the jacket didnt fit Please contact us and we will provide you returning instructions.
We check every detail but of course, mitakes and differences can happen, and we are here to help, fix , redo, and all necessary to make it work.
Shipments to Argentina are not allowed as merchandise stucks in customs! So please contact us. We will provide you an US address to return.
Depending on each case, we pay full shipment back to USA, but not from your door to our warehouse. We take care of the international part in most cases. If the jacket was made perfectly and the customer just decides to exchange, then shipment is up to pur customer.
